Galloway
is a pretty, black, 15.1 hand Tennessee
Walking Horse gelding who does anything you
ask of him. He has a sweet temperament,
lovely gaits and is eligible for
certification with the
Heritage Society.
This is a solid, sensible horse that has been
used extensively on the ranch. He works cattle,
ropes calves for tagging and cows for doctoring.
He lets you put a calf or a
dog in front of you in the saddle. He is good
with dogs and kids but he doesn’t like chickens!
He has been ridden by a 5 year old. He has
been taken hunting in the mountains, and crosses
logs and water with no problems.
You can stand on a rock, a log, or a bucket to mount.
Galloway has
been owned by a farrier so has always had his
feet taken care of.
He loads and unloads with no problems.
Galloway is in his prime with lots of years of use
left. He has been there and done that.
